Hi Adam. Nice results for the club. Well done to everyone. Who was in senior team. Guessing Mike was one. My training is going well . Did first half marathon in derby. In 1hr 55mins and had more in the tank. Been tierd all week .karate is going well to and passed my first grading and now I’m a deadly orange belt lol Keep fencing and please keep me posted
