The head coach in the club is Adam Blight, who has worked as a full time professional coach since 1993 and coaches in many other clubs, schools and training events throughout the region.  Fencers trained by Adam from this and other clubs have won National Championships and have represented their country in many International events including World, European and Asian Championships and Olympic Games.  Adam also currently coaches with the British Fencing Athlete Development Program. We are also very fortunate to have as coaches Sam Blair and Darcy Herring Johnson. Both Sam and Darcy have represented Britain Internationally and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to to the coaching provision of our club.
